Jayden was a cool-ass kid. He was quiet but focused, listened to everything I said, didn’t give pushback about changing into this outfit or that outfit, taking more pictures, or smiling (for some, it’s like pulling teeth I swear!) We got his session knocked out pretty quickly, shooting at Portage Park in Fostoria which is a pretty nice location for family or senior photography, and even taking a couple that overlooked his school- Fostoria High School in the distance. On the side of a shelter house someone had spray painted “JDOGG” which just happened to have been his nickname since he was a kid, so of course we had to shoot there! Then he showed me this scary looking bridge-thing that kids from school apparently climbed on when they were younger, (it was a thing apparently!) so we took on there to commemorate.
Jayden is also going to Vanguard for something construction related (sorry, I’m terrible at these things!) so we took some with his Vanguard hoodie in a construction zone at the end of my street (fyi, it was really just construction barrels and such, nothing dangerous lol!) I asked him if his goal was to own his own company eventually and he said yes, which is super cool!
Best of luck in your future endeavors Jayden! You seem like an overall pretty great kid and your goals are admirable ❤️
